Hello Yash,
Firstly congratulation for your JEE Main score. Secondly yes, you can get a seat in NITs or PDPU for chemical engineering easily. To get colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs you need to first clear the required cutoff as per your category. Now, the JEE Main 2019 cutoff (percentile) for general category candidates was 89.75 percentiele, whereas you have got 94 percentile. So according to the rules, you are JEE Main qualified. To get admission into NITs,IIITs or GFTIs you have to go through JoSAA counselling. And if by any chance you dont get a seat through JoSAA, then you can apply for CSAB counselling through which you could get a seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs. CSAB counselling is for JEE Main qualified candidates and will begin after the completion of JoSAA counselling.
