I have got 96 percentile with a rank of 10k in jee mains paper 2 and a score of 130 in nata. Should I get a good b arch college?

Yes definitely. With a NATA score of 130, you can definitely earn a good college. Though your JEE rank may not help much, as it is nearing 10k(since the cutoff generally closes around 5k) but you can still try for NITS. For NATA, you can try in all the top colleges as the percentile is pretty good.
