On such percentile you have very good chances that you might get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 but still an official cut-off has not been released so it is not possible to ensure you but yes now you should put your major focus on the preparation of JEE-Advance and if due to some reason you won't be cracking JEE-Advance with good score then also you have your JEE-Main score as back-up because on such JEE-Main score you would not only qualify for JEE-Advance but you can also get some NITs/IIITs.
