As with this percentile score your approximately rank will be more than 35-45 thousand ( general).

And with this rank it will be not possible to get admission in CSE in top NIT s .

Mostly all the general category people belong to ews so this category will helpful for top layer students and as per available information nearly 11000 students will qualify from this category.

For CSE yoo have to secure rank under 3-4 thousand.( Nearly 99.7+ percentile)

So good luck.

Your rank for this percentile will be around 25000. Getting CSE in top 10 NITs at rank rank is really tough.  As many students are in EWS category , i don't think that will effect much.

For getting seat in CSE in top NITs, your percentile should be above 98. 

You can get other branches in top NITs like Chemical, Metallurgy in NITs like Allahabad, Calicut, Nagpur, etc. 

For CSE,

NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Puducherry, etc.
