It depends whether you are from Tamil Nadu or from other state.

If your home state is Tamil Nadu then you have a great chance to get the CSE seat in the main campus of Amrita, as the cutoff for CSE is 1200 rank or 110 marks approximately. For you there is high chance you will get CSE or the specialization in CSE.

But if you are not from Tamil Nadu then the path of Amrita is close for you, the minimum marks required to get the any seat in Amrita is 125 around, but you have only 110. Better if you go with the JEE main counselling for another college, you have achieved a good score in JEE too, for the percentile of 98.2 your rank is around 19K, you can also check by yourself in the given link.

There is good chance that you will get DTU, NSIT or any other IIIT in top branches, I will suggest you to go with the JEE mains if you are not from the Tamil Nadu, you can also check the best college for yourself by this link.
