See your rank is bit high to get you into top colleges but you can get admitted to other good decent colleges. It would be easy if you have specify your branch preference, but listing some of the institute with that rank where you can get the seat.

1) Ramaiah institute of technology- (chemical engineering)

2) BMS institute of technology and management- (civil, ECE, mechanical)

3) Siddaganga institute of technology- (ECE, mechanical)

4) Bangalore institute of technology- ( Mechanical, civil)

5) Dayananda sagar college of engineering- (Electrical and electronics engineering)

These are some good colleges they get counted in top, you can get there in those streams only, and uf you don't want to persue these streams then kindly specify which branch you want to persue. You can further check the college by using college predictor link given below

As per your rank in ComedK 2019, you can get colleges uner ComedK by last round but they are not that known for their all over facilities that include curriculum, placement scenarios, extra-curricular activities and overall development as an individual. So if you don't see any option other than ComedK, so don't you worry because you'll surely get into a college under ComedK with its respective perks. But I would like to suggest you to try for private established institutions which are far better than those colleges that you will get through ComedK.
