The cutoff ranks for computer science and engineering branch are always very high in VIT as compared to any other branch.
Expected cutoffs at Vellore campus are :-
1) CSE : under 6,000
2) CSE with specialization in Information Security : under 7,000
3) CSE with specialization in Bioinformatics : under 10,000
4) Information Technology : under 11,000
Expected cutoffs at Chennai campus are:-
1) CSE : under 10,000
2) Electronics and Computer engineering : under 12,000

You have very few chances to get Computer Science Engineering at Vellore. But you'll get some related branch for sure.
If you are not able to, you must try for CSE at Chennai Campus.
You can surely get a seat at Chennai.
God forbid, if at all you miss that too, you could try for a related branch like Electronics and Communication engineering.
