Yes u can opt for float unless ut the end of thr counselling procedure.

Hey,
It depends on which exam counselling you are talking about.
If there is another round, then you can opt for float.

What if I allotted upgraded seat in second round and want to go with first allotted seat . Will my first allotted seat get cancelled

Yes you can choose options till last round of counselling.
