Dear Aspirant,

You mentioned that you got a seat in a institute in second Counseling. But you didn't like that alloted institute.

Now you can definitely get the seat of first counseling if you like that alloted institute.

And I also reported in 1st counseling.but didn't submitted the certificates. Can I go through 1st seat
