UPSEE rank will be enough efficient for you to get an CSE branch for sure which may be difficult to get it in KCET or COMEDK as ranks are high.

IF you want to go for CSE use UPSEE. Here is some names you can take into consideration:-

• JSS Academy of Technical education
  
• Institute of engineering and rural technology
  
• GCET
  

these are top colleges and there are more too. You have to find one which is good one for you
