Dear Abhilash, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture which means you exit the allotted seat forfeiting the security deposit. But once you join the allotted seat/college, you cannot surreder the seat. So, if you get a seat in AIIMS, before you join allotted seat in Round 2, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture and take up seat allotted in AIIMS. In this process, you will lose the security deposit. But if your AIIMS seat comes late and you have join the allotted college, you cannot exit the seat.
