Hello Sarfraz Aehmad ,
As your query as your 12th standard percentage is 53.38%, the marks in your subject mathematics chemistry physics is 56, 38, and 46 respectively and your mht percentage is 45%. And you want to know that whether you can get admission in college or not, so I would like to tell you that yes you can get admission in college because there are some colleges which take admission at very low percentage of students as well but that colleges may not end up being nice, so in my opinion it's better that you apply for re examination of your 12th standard and score some better marks and yes then apply next year for college. But yes if you want to take admission in this year only than of course you can get a college and if you want to know the list of colleges you can let us know in the comment section below and let us see how much we can help you.
All the best for your future.
