I am sorry to say that your chances of getting a college is very low. But don't lose hope. Sit for the counselling as the cutoffs changes every year. Cutoffs depend on the paper difficulty level, no. of students appearing for the exam, no. of students appearing for the counselling and also the no. of seats available in the colleges. So just try your luck, sit for the counselling. I hope you get your desired seat and college. Best of luck and hope for the best.
