Yes, it's possible to get a job as a fresher with 58% in 10th and 70% in 12th. While these percentages are not exceptionally high, they are still respectable and can be competitive in certain fields.

Here are some factors that can influence your chances:

  • Your chosen field: Some fields may have higher minimum requirements, while others may prioritize other skills or experiences.
  • Your skills and experience: In addition to your academic qualifications, your skills, extracurricular activities, and any relevant work experience can also make you a strong candidate.
  • The job market: The job market can vary depending on the location and industry. In some areas, competition may be higher, while in others, there may be more opportunities.

Here are some tips for increasing your chances of getting a job:

  • Research companies: Identify companies that align with your interests and career goals.
  • Tailor your resume: Highlight your relevant skills and experiences in your resume to make a strong impression.
  • Prepare for interviews: Practice answering common interview questions and research the company you're applying to.
  • Network: Build relationships with people in your desired field, as networking can be a valuable tool for finding job opportunities.

I hope it helps you !

While your 10th class percentage of 58% and 12th class percentage of 70% may seem average, it’s important to understand that companies hiring freshers often focus on more than just academic scores. Many companies consider a combination of factors when evaluating candidates, such as:

1. **Relevant Skills and Knowledge**: Employers look for practical skills that match the job requirements. If you possess strong technical skills, soft skills, or relevant certifications (like in programming, digital marketing, etc.), it can significantly improve your chances.

2. **College Performance and Degree**: Your performance during graduation or any professional courses (like B.Tech, B.Com, etc.) is often given more weight than your 10th and 12th scores. Consistency in your academic track record and strong performance in your degree can offset lower marks in earlier grades.

3. **Extracurricular Activities**: Participation in internships, projects, volunteering, or competitions can showcase your strengths beyond academics and make your resume stand out.

4. **Soft Skills**: Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership qualities are highly valued in freshers.

In summary, while lower marks in 10th and 12th may be noted, companies are more likely to focus on your overall profile, skills, and experience. Building a well-rounded resume will greatly improve your employability as a fresher.

hope this helps you!!

Hello,

Yes, many companies will still consider hiring you as a fresher despite your 10th and 12th percentages.

While academic scores are one factor in the hiring process, employers often focus more on your skills, attitude, and ability to learn quickly.

Highlighting your strengths, practical experience (such as internships or projects), and relevant skills can make you a strong candidate. Additionally, performing well in interviews and aptitude tests can outweigh lower academic scores.

Focus on improving your skills, gaining certifications, and showcasing your passion for the role to increase your chances of being hired.

Hope it helps !

Hello student,

With a 10th class percentage of 58% and 12th class percentage of 70%, you can still find job opportunities, but they may be limited to entry-level positions, particularly in sectors like retail, customer service, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), data entry, or sales. Many government jobs or private-sector jobs look for candidates with higher academic scores, but you can enhance your prospects by developing specific skills like:

  1. Technical Skills – Consider learning skills like data entry, basic computer operations, or software like MS Office.

  2. Vocational Training – Get certification in areas like digital marketing, graphic design, or hardware networking to improve job prospects.

  3. Internships – Gain experience through internships or part-time jobs in fields that interest you.

By building your skills and gaining experience, you can increase your chances of securing a better job.
