do i have to struggle alot in finding jobs in big construction firms ? will they hire me after knowing the big gap between my 10th & 12th?

To get admission through Jee main, your age should not exceed 25years so you can try for other private institutes and colleges. Also, due to this gap you might be facing problem in campus placement as 8 years is a huge gap so they will be considering it in a negative way so it would be better to complete your studies and get good academics then try for campus placement if you meet the eligibility criteria if not then better to try for recruitment other than campus placement.
