Hii.Your percentile is good but your rank is bit high.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting any NITs or IIITs.
You might get some seats of lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.Nits such as NIT Patna, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Andhra, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east,etc and some IIITs such as IIIT Nagpur, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Ranchi,etc.
