You have to freeze your seat and pay seat acceptance fee. A Candidate is required to Upload the (applicable) Documents as per list

i. Class X Certificate/ Birth Certificate

ii. Class XII Mark sheet/ State of Eligibility Proof

iii. Category Certificate(EWS/OBC-NCL,SC/ST) if applicable

iv. PwD certificate if applicable

v. Medical Certificate

vi. OCI/PIO card if applicable

vii. Passport/Citizenship Certificate If applicable

viii. Crossed Bank Cheque/Photocopy of Passbook/Screenshot of Online account

ix. DS certificate if applicable

The uploaded Documents will be Verified ONLINE by the verifying officers. If the officer raises any doubt with respect to the documents then you have to clear his doubts further

If your all the documents check is clear then you have to wait untill the counselling rounds of Josaa ends after that required instructions would be provided by josaa or respective college

As per the latest update by josaa

Online reporting for round 4 :-

• Fee payment/ unloading documents / responsible to queries will start from 30th Oct 2020 and the deadline is 1st november 2020 till 5pm.

• The last day to respond the queries is 2nd november 2020 till 5pm.

• And the withdrawal of seat or exiting from josaa counseling ( round 4) is from 30th october 2020 to 2nd November 2020 till 5pm.
