You haven't mentioned your state or the scholarship that you have applied for. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you belong to Telangana. You may provide the status of the Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) by logging in the scholarship candidate login portal. You can take the printout of the status of the fees released. If RTF is released in full amount you do not have to pay any fee. If you are  eligible for partial fee reimbursement then you have to pay the remaining fee amount. In addition to this you may also raise a complaint in the greiviance cell which will be on the official website of the scholarship portal as well as your institute official website.
