Dear aspirant,

You can apply for masters in the university you have graduated from. If you wish to pursue your masters from other universities, there are a lot of state and central government universities like JNU, University of Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia. You also have the option of studying from IITs and NITs for which you are required to qualify IIT JAM (Joint Admission test for Masters). IIT JAM is held once every year in February. Another option is to apply for TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research) for Masters and integrated Masters-PhD programmes.
