It doesn't matter whether you have a passed without Grace Mark or with Grace marks what matters is that you have passed your chemistry examination. So you don't need to worry

And to be eligible for Neet examination one needs at least 50% aggregate in PCB if belong to general category now your aggregate in PCB is 58% , thus you are eligible for Neet examination.

You haven't mentioned your Category. NeVerthless, for being eligible for NEET, you should have completed NEET, passed in all the subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now even if you get grace marks, if you pass the exam, you are eligible for NEET. Now you have an aggregate of 58% and so you are eligible for NEET. So do not worry about it.
