And to be eligible for Neet examination one needs at least 50% aggregate in PCB if belong to general category now your aggregate in PCB is 58% , thus you are eligible for Neet examination.

You haven't mentioned your Category. NeVerthless, for being eligible for NEET, you should have completed NEET, passed in all the subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now even if you get grace marks, if you pass the exam, you are eligible for NEET. Now you have an aggregate of 58% and so you are eligible for NEET. So do not worry about it.
