Yes, you will be alloted seats under the PH quota. While filling the form you will have to select the PH quota.

Generally the cutoff remains very low for PH candidates. As per the previous year trends and cutoffs, 320-330 should be the minimum marks range.

Still I would suggest you to aim for 500+ marks as this will ensure you a seat in very reputed medical colleges of Delhi and erstwhile.
