Now if the range of your eye sight falls at or below 40%, then you are eligible for PWD reservation. Now there is no vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to OBC Category and you have PWD reservation, then you will be eligible for OBC-PWD quota. If the visual impairment is more than 40% then, you will only be eligible for OBC reservation. You should consult a District Medical College for an evaluation and a certificate for this.
