Yes, you have to get a new income certificate which is made after April 1, 2018. The Income Certificate will be considered valid only if they are made after April 1, 2018. Income ceritificate of 2018 will not be valid for admission year 2019. This is the case with only Income cerificate and OBC Caste Certificate. For SC and ST caste cerificates no such restriction of dates in mentioned by UPSEE officials.
