Dear Vaibhav, to be honest, the correction window was opened for these kind of corrections. Now to be honest, writing to NTA is of no use. NTA can correct those errors which happened from its side. But if the error happened from your end, because the application cannot be edited at this point in time, you have to live with the mismatch. Having said that this error cannot stop you from appearing in NEET. That's a relief for now. Now regarding counselling, if you have already written to NTA, we would suggest you to wait for them to respond. That is all that can be done now because its beyond your control. Let that not deter your preparation.

Since it is not a one-time correction facility, hence you shall be able to log-in multiple times to edit details in the NEET 2019 application form. However,you must edit the details before the deadline. Once the last date is over, you will not be able to edit change in NEET  2019 application form.
But I have a solution for it see it is a big trouble but don't worry. Call on NEET helpline number and they will correct it during counselling if qualified.

As per my knowledge and research during examination time you won't face any problem cause at exam centre only your documents are required i.e your adhaar card with two passport size photo and NEET admit card. 

But in counselling you may face some problem during your counselling process for the allotment of seat. 

As you already missed the chance to correct your application form 

So the last option that you have is to send a mail .I'm providing you the email id neet.cbse@nic.in
