D pharma is the diploma of pharmacy while B pharma is bachelor in pharmacy. A bachelor degree is usually considered better than diploma as after getting a bachelor degree one also gets a licence for opening a shop. Moreover after b pharma you can also apply for m pharma which is masters in pharmacy.
