Hello!

Thank you for reaching out to Careers360. I hope you're doing well.

Since you have joined UPUMS, Etawah for MBBS through MCC Round 2 and have opted for upgradation, if you are allotted a seat in Round 3, you will need to follow the college's procedure for document withdrawal. Usually, you will be required to visit the college and submit a request for document collection or transfer. Each institution has its own guidelines, so it would be best to contact the college administration directly to understand the specific process they follow for releasing documents in such cases.

Feel free to ask if you have any more questions or need suggestions regarding other colleges or courses.

Best regards,

Hello aspirant,

To collect your documents from UPUMS Etawah after opting for upgradation in Round 3, you'll need to follow these steps:

1. Wait for Round 3 Results: Once the results of Round 3 are announced, check if you've been allotted a seat in a different college.

2. Contact the College: If you've been allotted a seat in a different college, contact the Admission Office of UPUMS Etawah as soon as possible. Provide them with your name, application number, and the details of your new college.

3. Obtain a Release Letter: Request a release letter from UPUMS Etawah. This letter will confirm that you've been allotted a seat in a different college and that you're no longer associated with UPUMS Etawah.

4. Collect Your Documents: Once you have the release letter, visit the Admission Office of UPUMS Etawah during their office hours. Submit the release letter and collect your original documents, including your admission letter, fee receipts, and any other relevant documents.

Timing: The exact timing for collecting your documents will depend on the specific policies of UPUMS Etawah. However, it's generally advisable to contact them as soon as possible after the Round 3 results are announced to ensure a smooth process.

Additional Tips:

  • Be prepared to provide any necessary documentation, such as your original mark sheets, certificates, and passport-sized photographs.
  • Check the specific requirements and procedures outlined by UPUMS Etawah for document collection.
  • If you encounter any difficulties, don't hesitate to reach out to the Admission Office for assistance.

I hope this information helps you.

If you joined an MBBS seat at UPUMS Etawah in MCC Round 2 and opted for upgradation, to collect your documents from the college if you get a seat in Round 3, you need to submit a resignation letter at the college office after the Round 3 seat allotment is announced, and then collect your original documents once your resignation is processed; the exact timing will depend on the college's procedures and the deadline set by MCC for reporting to the new college in Round 3.the fees will be transferred to your account in case if you submitted.
