As per eligiblity criteria of NEET.

You must have at least 50% in PCB for general OBC/SC/ST its 40% and for PwD its 45%. If you want to appear for AIIMS then at least 50% in PCB and Overall 60%. So if you qualify this Eligiblity criteria then only you are eligible for NEET and AIIMS 2020.

Dear Sandeep, to be eligible for NEET 2020, you need to be 17 years atleast by December 31st of 2020. And you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% if you belong to General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC, SC and ST. If you fulfil this criteria you are eligible for NEET 2020.
