Since you have completed both HTML and CSS, I would suggest you go for coding sites like Hackerrank, Hackerearth, Codechef, Coursera, Hacker.io, Topcoder.
You can compete or practice alone.
When you have learnt and practise enough, you can move onto stack overflow or GitHub.
