According to eligibility criteria for NEET PG 2020, it's imperative for candidates to have completed rotatory internship before 31st March, 2020 apart from having MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by MCI with a degree or provisional certificate and provisional or permanent medical registration certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council which is also to be carried on exam day as well as during admission process.

Now, to answer your question, you're eligible only if you complete the rotatory internship before 31st March, 2020 .
