Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned the name of entrance examination for which you are applying so it is quite difficult for us to guide you with an accurate information without knowing the name of application. So for better answer kindly mention the name of an application.

But as you have mentioned that name change in class 12th marksheet has been already done and under process for class 10th marksheet so you should go with new name in your application form and then at the time of admission or document verification you can take an affidavit if you don't get your class 10th marksheet with new name by that time.
