Hope you are doing well ! You can get the migration certificate from digilocker app . However transfer certificate and migration are not same ,but can be used on the place of it sometimes . If this doesn't work then you have to contact your school authorities and tell them yours problem seriously and ask to find a solution ,they will definitely do something .

As you have lost your 10th Class TC which is very vital certificate for your future, you must have to go to your school and request them to issue duplicate certificate for you.

You must have to give a written application to your school stating your problem and request your School Principal to send a request to the concerned school board and ask them to generate a duplicate Class 10th TC for you.

So, don't need to worry. You can have a copy of that by asking your school for the same.
