Hello aspirant,
You will have to go to the school and make a written request to receive a duplicate copy of the TC. Please state that you lost the TC and that you need it to be admitted to a college or school. Include pertinent information in your application.
I suggest you to complete this process as soon as possible as your TC is a very important document.
