Yes, it may affect your admission as the college sometimes ask for the 12th marksheet. And also 12th marksheet is used as a proof in the future ahead, so it is very important.
You can ask for it from your school or write an application to CBSE.

Yes, you need your certificate. You may get sometime if you request in the college. But it will be better if you apply in your school as soon as possible and get the certificate again.

Definitely you require your class 12th Certificate for every documentation you do either for job or taking admission in college. That is used as an identity proof and is very important as a proof for date of birth. Better contact the Board authority and ask them to reissue you a new certificate.

Yes, you need to get your certificate.. Mail or contact the CBSE office because if you don't have any of your document you won't be able to get a college.. You have to get each and every document verified during the counselling procedure..Good luck.. Hope this helps..
