You should check your mail inbox, when you registered for NEET PG- you must have received a confirmation mail.

You can also login with your registered mail id in the NEET page and put your birth date, there your can find the option.

In case you have lost admit card and have not downloaded the same your NEET Admit Card can be retraced by   loging in to the NEET page with your registered email ID and your date of birth and it will redirect you to your application form where you can find your admit card and re-download the same.

Dont worry login using your user ID and password to the official website where you first got your admit card. See if they have a option to get a duplicate admit card. Or call their helpline number
