I understand that you have lost your KCET application form for the year 2020 and you need it for your counselling process. When you applied for Karnataka CET 2020 examination while filling out the application form you registered your valid mobile number and email ID under the communication details of the application form. You should have received the confirmation mail or text message on your registered mobile number or email id verifying the same after your application form was successfully submitted in whichh you should have also received an user ID along with your application number,  so I would advise you to check for the same and login with the same credentials at the official website of Karnataka CET 2020 where in you would be able to download your filled out application form again for your perusal.

Hello Nandi , No problem, You can find your application number in challan if you have paid the cet fee, you will be having that candidate copy with you . for example- KEA Ref Number 1142365741 it will be given. In that neglect the first number , & from second number it should be 6 digit number for your application number i.e for the given number it should be 142365.
