Hello Ayesha

See Ayesha Nothing can be stopped as a instant. Even  a Smoker takes time to quit smoking, excepions are there but i am talking about masses. So. just apply 2% rule from nowonwards. If you have a iphone then there is a function in which it shows how much social networking sites you have used today.

Just reduce it to 2% everyday and one take a note of it. One fine day will come inside on month that you will be free with everything.

Or else just deactivate all the accounts as you better understand that these are temporary things. People will now appreciate your photos or like your pics but if you fail in anything then the same people will bash you and it will turn out to be a nightmare.
