Parents qualification is asked only for the reference and data purpose. I don't think it would create any hindrence for you at any point of time. But if possible make the correction when the correction window opens for the JEE Mains.
Except for the Examination city, almost all the particulars can be changed in the application form.

Hi Aspirant! It is always better to rectify your mistake if you get a chance. And NTA will provide that one time chance by opening the one-time facility to make corrections in JEE Main 2019 application form (April session) on March 11 till March15.
