well generally if the roll number or any others mistakes are found in OMR sheet, generally it would cancel, however the decision would be the exam control authority and how would they take it. so it is not possible to predict whether your omr response sheet would cancel or not.

I suggest you to email the exam control authority by describing your problems and mistakes done. only examination control authority may help you regarding this.
