This is a very common problem dont worry about that, sometimes because of huge traffic in the website the payment get cancelled but if the amount has deducted from your account then it will be refunded. The Medical Counseling Committee will publish the list of candidates who are eligible for the refund of security amount in the website of MCC www.mcc.nic.in (http://www.mcc.nic.in) as and when the counseling is completed. (Once all rounds of counseling are completed).
