I'm a NEET UG candidate.While registering myself on MCC for UG counseling i had problem during payment of registration fee i had to try 4 times but evrytime page showed transaction cancelled but money has been deducted 3 times from my account i sent an email to MCC but didn't got any reply

There are some technical issues due to which so many people are facing different kinds of problem, upon which MCC is working to resolve this as soon as possible. Now in your case if you did not got the message of successful payment from MCC then it means that the payment amount has been deducted from your account but did not credited to beneficiary's (MCC) account. So in this case according to the policies of RBI for all banks, if the amount has been debited from your account but have not reached to beneficiary's account then it will be returned back to you within 48-72 working hours.
Suppose if the successful payment has been made multiple times then you should write an e-mail to MCC addressing your concern and demand for excessive amount return.
You can also try to pay once from incognito mode.
