You can apply for a private medical college in any state across India through 15% All india quota and some states also give acess to private medical colleges to any student , you need not have a domicile for it. The reservation is restricted to government colleges of the state only. So , you just have to fill the form for online counselling of Karnataka for private colleges. After that , merit list will be declared and you will be alloted a college according to your marks.

You do not need a domescile of Maharashtra to seek admission into private medical colleges.For private colleges, Maharashtra is a top university, specially for medical students.

By appearing in NEET and based on your score, you can apply to any private medical college.

You can register for private colleges' online counselling and then you have to fill the  details  as per the instructions mentioned there.Fill in your preference of the colleges.
