• your annual family income is less than Rs. 8 lakhs per year ^{(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-businesstoday.in-13)}
• your family does not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land ^{(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-14)}
• your residential flat area is below 1000 sq ft. ^{(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-15)}
• your plot's area is below 100 square yards if in a notified municipality sector ^{(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economically_Weaker_Section#cite_note-businesstoday.in-13)}
• The residential plot's area your below 200 square yards if in a non-notified municipality sector.
