Navya, unfortunately you cannot. Once the NEET correction window has been closed, no changes or discrepancies between the NEET application form and Counselling forms will be accepted. NTA too doesnt entertain any requests for corrections nor does it make the changes. So truth be told, you have to go through General Category only.
