There is harly a chance that they consider a second round because usually the first round is the main round as per the counselling sessions .

Lets hope they go for a second round,you can contact the university and talk about your issue and they will provide you with the best suitedsolution(if possible).

Mostly verification is done at the first round of counselling only and for subsequent rounds, no other verification process happens. 

In the mop up round, if happens, you will be able to get a chance
