It should not be a major problem and you will be allowed to participate in the Neet examination. The point you will face any problem is at the time of documents verification during the counselling process. However this too can be easily solved by submitting self attested affidavits claiming both persons are same and supported by relevant documents.

In 95 percent of the cases, this would be resolved but the final decision lies in the hands of verification officers only.
