Yes you can participate in the second round of the councelling,which will start on 5h of july. Be aware this time and fill your choices carefully.

Dont worry, On 5th July registration will reopen again and you have to get ready for that , you have to submit your document(class 10 and class 12 marksheet 200kb image in pdf format )  and you have to pay your counselling fee of rupee as you did not pay in first round . after that ypur document will be verified by Aktu Team and after 1-2 day you can check for choice filling on the website
