Hey,
I would suggest you to update it immediately if possible. This might create issues later. If you aren't able to update it, then you can use any other valid government document mentioned in the JEE application like ration number, bank number, etc. If nothing is possible, then please contact the helpdesk. Other than Aadhar card, you can use passport/voter ID/ration card, etc.
Though, you will have to take your Aadhar card with you during examination, so that will be okay.

If you have any other Id proof you can carry that. You can carry any id proof as asked in the admit card rules and regulations. If it's mandatory to carry Aadhar card then you can carry it will not be any such problem. And if it is possible then you can change the photo in it through uadai site. It is advised to carry any other proof provided by central govt/ agencies .

sir my passport has been expired last year and i too have old photo in aadhar card now what should i do?
