I understand that you are possess an OBC central certificate that has been issued to you by a competent authority and so to answer your question, different states have different formats of OBC- NCL or caste certificates that tend to differ from one state to the other. The format you viewed was probably for Delhi and thus the certificate you have will most definitely be accepted during the JOSAA counselling process.
