I have not attended any competitive exam like jee or so. How can I study engineering?

If you want to waste your money you can go for private universities like manipal srm kiit, .they will easily offer your choice. And after completion you can apply for bank clerk.

You can do engineering, but only in private colleges.These colleges will provide you seats under management quota,but they may tell you to deposit some money(mostly varies with college) known as donation.
