Hello,

Since you are talking about your 2015 gate score card then if you need it now,then i think you can search for it.

But the problem is that you are talking about the thing that was available 4 years ago.

So i think that the link might be available or not.

So you can try for searching it.

And if it's not available then you can talk to the authorities where this score card is needed.
